牛磺酸对大鼠运动时血液流变性的影响

摘    要:将SD大鼠分为安静对照组、中等强度长时间运动组、中等强度长时间用药组、中等强度超长时间运动组和中等强度超长时间用药组,观察牛磺酸对运动时血液流变性以及红细胞变形性和聚集性的变化.结果表明,超长时间运动用药组大鼠全血粘度、红细胞刚性指数、聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间与安静对照组比较均有所升高,但没有显差异;与中等强度超长时间运动组比较,具有显性差异.提示,牛磺酸可缓解超长时间运动对血液流变性的影响,延缓疲劳的产生,提高运动能力.

Abstract:In this paper, the author divides the SD rats into several groups: quiet contrast group, medium-strength and long-time exercise group, medium-strength and long-time medical group, medium-strength and super-long-time exercise group, medium-strength and super-long-time medical group, from which the study into the while-exercising hemorheological properties, erythrocyte deformability and conglomeration caused by bezoar acid is done. The result shows, compared with the quiet contrast group, the blood viscosity, the erythrocyte rigidity and conglomeration index, and the erythrocyte electrophoresis time of the super-long-time medical group are a little bit higher. However, comparing with medium-strength and super-long-time group, remarkable difference can be seen on these indexes. Hence, we can infer that the bezoar acid can release the influence on the hemorheological properties from super-long-time exercise, and thus improve the exercise ability.
