| Abstract: | The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People＇ s Republic of China has the ＂two writing systems and three languages＂ as the policy of Chinese education and an organic part of its overall language policy. This paper discusses such policies as the popularity of Putonghau and its use in teaching and writing. |
