| 摘 要： | 目的：用高效液相色谱法测定乳酸卡德沙星的含量：方法：用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂；以0．0lm01／1柠檬酸溶液（用三乙胺调节PH值至5．0）-乙腈-甲醇（84：16：10）为流动相，检测波长为327nm，流速为1．0ml／min：结果：该方法在20ug／ml～60ug／ml范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系，线性方程为Y=2．2864E-5X＋1．9273E-3（r=0．9999），回收率为99．1％，重复性实验RSD=0．024％，n=5。结论：方法简便，快速，准确，适用于该产品质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determination of Caderofloxacin Lactate by HPLC Methods：the mobile phase ： solution containing 0.01mol/1 of Citric acid monohydrate （adjusted to PH 5.0 with Triethylamine）-Acetonitrile- Methyl Alcohol（84：16：10）with the flowing rate of 1.0ml/min and detecting wavelength of 327 .. esults：standard curve of peak area and concentration was linear in the concentration range of 10ug/ml-30ug/ml,the regression equation： Y=3.4613E-5X＋l.9489E-3 （ r=- 0.9999）, RSD= 0.17% ,n=5o the recovery was 99.1% Conclusion：The method is simple ,rapid and accurate,and suitable method is established for the quality control of the drug. |
