| 摘 要： | 在"工学结合"、"就业为导向"的现代化高职人才培养模式改革中,法制教育有效性缺失,针对这个问题,应当结合专业及学生需要,合理调整课程设置,完善法制教育的教材内容及考核方式,强化师资队伍,突出实践性和应用性,运用多种方式开展法制教育,以此来提高高职院校法制教育的有效性,更好地实现人才培养目标.
