科学家培养拔尖创新人才的年龄结构分析——以1999-2010年全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师为例

摘    要:以1999-2010年全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师为研究样本,从科学计量学和统计学的视角揭示我国科学家培养拔尖创新人才的年龄结构特征。结果显示,科学家培养拔尖创新人才的年龄结构呈"M"型双峰分布,峰值年龄分别约为46岁和66岁;科学家培养拔尖创新人才的平均年龄呈年轻化发展趋势;不同学科及性别因素对科学家培养拔尖创新人才的年龄结构具有显著影响。准确认识并把握这些规律和特点,对科学制定拔尖创新人才的培养政策具有重要意义。

Abstract:Using tutors of national excellent doctoral dissertations of 1999-2010 as a case study,the age structure of scientists cultivating outstanding innovative talents is revealed from the perspective of scientometrics and statistics.The results show that the age structure of scientists cultivating outstanding innovative talents is "M" type of bimodal distribution with high peak of age about 46 years old and 66 years old.And the average age of scientists cultivating outstanding innovative talents is becoming smaller.Moreover,disciplines and gender also have a significant impact on the age structure of scientists cultivating outstanding innovative talents.It is of great importance to acknowledge and grasp those features and regular patterns for making policy of cultivating outstanding innovative talents.
