| 摘 要： | 综合分析学科评价发展基本脉络,结合学科的诊断、比较、发展三种情形,指出学科水平是学科评价的逻辑起点与循环归根。学科内在的知识与组织双重特性既赋予了学科水平内涵以新的解读,也突出其具有知识管理与组织管理的二元价值属性。在这一价值实现过程中,学科水平评价体现着对学科发展应然的关注,并顺应拨动着管理的调幅,最终实现学科的层次飞跃和水平的理性回归。

| Abstract: | By analysing the basic venation of discipline evaluation,combined with discipline diagnosis,discipline comparation and discipline development,this paper puts forward that discipline level is the logic start point and the recycling end of discipline evaluation.The knowledge and organization characteristics of disciplinary expand the connotation of discipline level and embody its double value of knowledge management and organization management.During this course,discipline level evaluation embodies its attention on discipline,stirs the management scope,and finally to reach the rational regression and leap of discipline level. |
