| 摘 要： | 德国职业教育体系的成功,不仅在于其简单的"双元制"模式和独具特色的课程及教学模式,更在于其在专业、课程设置及教学过程中体现出来的人本关怀、理性光芒和社会责任意识。对我国高职教育的改革与发展提供若干启示:提升"以人为本"的职业教育理念,积极开展"人本教育"理念统摄下的课程体系改革,人才培养模式改革、课程教学和评价方式改革。
