| 摘 要： | 探讨我国高校资助育人的发展历程，分析高校各具特色的资助育人模式对做好高校资助育人工作具有积极意义。南华大学积极探索“以促进学生全面发展为中心，以经济资助为基础、制度建设为支撑、文化培育为保障、能力培养为核心的四基点”多维资助育人模式．对目前高校学生资助工作内涵的深化，对完善我国高校的资助工作具有启示意义。

| Abstract: | It has positive significance that exploring the funding of university development process of educating people and analyzing college funding distinctive mode of educating people.The multi-dimensional model of educating people for"in order to promote overall development of students as the center,financial aid,based on institution building as the support,training for the protection of culture,capacity-building as the core of the four basis points" has the inspiration significance on deepenning the connotation of the current funding work of college students and improving the funding work of our colleges and universities. |
