武钢320t鱼雷罐铁水喷吹脱硫技术的发展与成效

摘    要:针对武钢320t鱼雷罐铁水喷吹脱硫实际生产中存在的问题,从脱硫工艺优化、减少鱼雷罐粘渣、脱硫剂改进、改善喷吹脱硫动力学条件和脱硫喷枪长寿五个方面介绍了武钢的技术的发展与实际成效。

Abstract:In order to solve the practical problems of hot metal desulphurization by powder injection in 320t Torpedo Ladle Car,the technology advancement and its application results in WISCO in the optimization of desulphurization is introduced.Thus,slag sticking in Torpedo Ladle Car is reduced and Desulphurizer,strengthening dynamic condition and long life of lance are all improved.
