| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the barriers of the higher vocational colleges in the Midwest,proposes that the higher vocational colleges should cultivate their own core competence from the following four aspects： identifying the positioning for school running;setting up and strengthening professional characteristics;creating the unique culture soft power;serving for the agriculture,the rural and the farmers. |
