| 摘 要： | 通过单因素试验，用正交实验方法探讨了以乙醇为溶剂提取杜仲叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件，结果表明，用70％乙醇，料液比为1：10、80℃条件下提取3次，每次回流1．5h杜仲叶总黄酮提取效果最好，分光光度法测定总黄酮的回收率为103．1％。
