| 摘 要： | 在建设社会主义和谐社会进程中，“民主法治”、“自由平等”、“公平正义”等理念应在法律意识形态层面上获得理解。必须意识到，坚持马克思主义法律观的指导地位是建设社会主义和谐社会的基本要求。通过法律意识形态进行主体建构对于建设社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的意义，在实践过程中则要关注此种建构的目标和方法。
