| Abstract: | The country put forward to speed up the construction of universal basic health care system, fur- ther improve the medical insurance plan as a whole level, improving the capacity of health care services and security level, let the insured personnel enjoy convenient, quick medical service in order to provide a strong guarantee for building a well - off society in an all - round way and all the people share the achieve- ments of reform and development. The implementation of the municipal medical insurance plan as a whole work is an important aspect in achieving this goal. |
