合作学习课堂管理策略探析

摘    要:有效的管理是课堂教学顺利进行的基本条件。在合作学习课堂中,教师要顺利完成合作学习活动,必须自始至终对课堂进行有效的管理,对学生的课堂行为进行引导、调节与促进,随时诊断问题的症结所在并考虑如何在后续教学中加以改进。要促进合作学习课堂管理的有效性,就要在转变合作学习课堂管理角色、制定合作学习课堂管理目标、实施合作学习课堂管理行为和反思合作学习课堂管理活动等方面采取积极策略。

Abstract:Effective management is the essential requirement for successfully carrying out class teaching.In cooperative learning class,in order to fulfil cooperative learning activities,teachers should manage the class effectively from beginning to end,guide,regulate and promote students in their class behavior,and find out the crux of problems at any time in order to improve in the follow-up teaching.To promote the effectiveness of cooperative learning class management,positive measures should be taken in changing roles and setting up goals in cooperative learning class management,implementing cooperative learning class management behavior,and reflecting over cooperative learning class management activities,etc..
