| 摘 要： | 自助图书馆是我国图书馆服务领域的创新模式之一,它采用新技术嵌入用户环境,提供了更加人性化的服务。在近几年来国内相关研究的基础上,从自助图书馆的服务理念、服务模式、服务系统构成、优势与意义进行了综合性的研究分析,并针对存在的问题提出了相关建议。
