| 摘 要： | 数据库是数字图书馆的重要组成部分,如果现有的法律制度对数据库的保护力度不足,就会严重影响到图书馆数据库制作者的利益,同时也会侵害数据库合法使用者的利益,不利于图书馆公共教育功能的发挥。我国数据库保护法律法规还不完善。文章通过介绍国内外的数据库保护模式及我国现行法律下图书馆对数据库保护的应对措施,提出了我国数据库保护的立法建议。
