摘    要:该文搭建的实验系统要求学生使用激光干涉仪测量数控落地镗铣床位置精度,了解激光干涉仪在实际应用中的特点,掌握激光干涉仪的测量原理,熟悉激光干涉仪测量步骤,并对测试数据进行分析。通过该实验系统,提高了学生对数控机床先进测量手段的认知。

Abstract:The experimental system in this paper requires students to use the laser interferometer to measure the positional accuracy of the NC floor boring and milling machine,to understand the characteristics of the laser interferometer in practical application,master the measuring principle,be familiar with the measuring steps,and analyze the testing data.Through this experimental system,the students’knowledge about the advanced measuring method for the NC machine tool has been improved.
