| 摘 要： | 构建科学的综合实践课程教学模式,是组织实施实战化教学训练,提升学员岗位任职能力的重要途径。在确立课程教学理念的基础上,构建了基于能力导向的教学内容体系,探索应用了虚实结合的教学方法,为开展装备保障实践教学实战化改革提供了理论和实践借鉴。

| Abstract: | The construction of a scientific teaching mode of the comprehensive practice course is an important way to organize and implement the practical teaching training and to enhance students’post competence.On the basis of setting up the teaching idea of the course,the teaching content system based on the ability orientation is constructed,and the teaching method of combining the virtuality and reality is explored and applied,which provides theoretical and practical reference for carrying out the combat-oriented reform of the practical teaching of equipment support. |
