| 摘 要： | 针对高校文科实验室排课程序繁杂、利用率不高、管理效率低等问题,提出构建高校文科实验室信息化管理系统的新思路,介绍了该系统的基本架构和预期实现的功能目标。通过信息化技术的运用,改进排课及预约程序,启用智能门禁系统,建立OA流程模板,整合实践教学信息,辅以管理制度的完善,给予师生在实践教学中更好的用户体验,减轻实验室管理员事务性工作量,提升实践教学质量。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems of complicated curriculum arrangement, low utilization rate and inefficient management of university liberal arts laboratories, this paper puts forward a new idea to construct the information management system of such laboratories and introduces the basic structure of the system and the expected functional objectives. Through the application of information technology, the course scheduling and appointment procedures are improved, the intelligent access control system begins to be used, the OA (office automation) process template is established, the practical teaching information in integrated and the management system is enhanced, which enables teachers and students to have better user experience in practical teaching, reduces the workload of laboratory administrators and improves the quality of practical teaching. |
