| 摘 要： | 建立开放式综合性实验平台是充分整合和发挥高校资源优势,保障高校科研工作者有效开展科学研究、培养学生创新意识和综合能力的重要基础。该文结合成都医学院科研实验中心建设开放式综合性实验平台的实践经验,阐述了综合性实验平台科学、高效的管理制度的建设思路,探索了"基于SOP的持证上岗"管理和考评激励制度,提出了开放共享、平台多元、管理规范的管理和运行模式。

| Abstract: | The construction of the open and comprehensive experimental platform is an important basis for fully integrating and giving full play to the advantages of university resources,guaranteeing the effective development of scientific research by university researchers,and cultivating students’innovative awareness and comprehensive ability.Based on the practical experience of establishing the open and comprehensive experimental platform in the Experimental Center for Scientific Research of Chengdu Medical College,this paper expounds upon the construction idea of a scientific and efficient management system for the comprehensive experimental platform,explores the management and evaluation incentive system based on the“SOP(standard operation procedure)certified appointment”,and puts forward the management and operation mode with the opening and sharing,platform pluralism and management standard. |
