摘    要:利用仿真系统开发平台PISP3.0NET开发了焚烧与堆肥仿真工艺系统。垃圾焚烧仿真系统主要包括数据处理中心、操作箱和焚烧炉,好氧堆肥仿真系统主要包括数据处理中心、操作箱和发酵罐。该平台能让学生用较直接的方式了解焚烧与堆肥工艺,可动手进行一些操作,实现人机交互,并对操作全过程进行评分。教学实践表明,此系统提高了学生学习兴趣,增强了实验教学效果。

Abstract:A simulated process system for incineration and composting is developed by using the simulation system PISP3.0NET. The waste incineration simulation system mainly includes a data processing center, operation box and incinerator, and the aerobic composting simulation system mainly includes data processing center, operation box and fermenter. This platform enables students to understand incineration and composting process in a more direct way, which can perform some operations, realize human-computer interaction and score the whole process of operation. Several teaching practices show that this system improves students’ interest in learning and enhances the effect of experimental teaching.
