| 摘 要： | 随着高校科研实验室的迅速发展,实验室安全工作已经成了实验室建设工作的重要方面,目前被提到了前所未有的高度。从安全心理学的角度出发,科研实验活动实质上就是“人-机-环”动态组合系统的运行。通过分析科研实验室该系统各个环节的特点,可以总结科研实验人员的安全行为影响因素,进而能够适时有效地干预和控制不安全行为,使“人-机-环”动态系统良性运转,从而达到安全实验的目的。这一有机组合动态过程的建立,不仅标志着实验室安全管理的不断发展,同时也是安全文化建设不断升华的过程。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities, laboratory safety has become an important aspect of laboratory construction and has been raised to an unprecedented height. From the viewpoint of safety psychology, scientific research and experiment activities are essentially the operation of “Man-machine-environment” dynamic combination system. By analyzing the characteristics of each link of the scientific research laboratory system, the influencing factors of the safety behavior of the scientific research laboratory personnel are summarized, and the unsafe behaviors are intervened and controlled timely and effectively so as to make the Man-machine-environment” dynamic system run well, achieving the purpose of the safety experiment. The establishment of this dynamic process of organic combination not only marks the continuous development of laboratory safety management, but also the process of sublimation of safety culture construction. |
