虚拟设计仿真技术在“机械设计基础”课程设计中的应用

摘    要:应用SolidWorks、ADAMS和ANSYS软件,实现了"机械设计基础"课程设计中100 kN混合驱动九杆压力机实验平台的虚拟设计和虚拟仿真。利用SolidWorks进行压力机机构建模,采用ADAMS对压力机进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,得到滑块的位移、速度、加速度曲线以及两个曲柄的驱动力矩曲线。运用ANSYS对主要零部件进行应力应变分析,得出零件的受力和变形情况,验证了实验平台结构设计的合理性。

Abstract:By using SolidWorks,ADAMS and ANSYS software,the virtual design and virtual simulation of the experimental platform of the 100 kN hybrid nine-bar press in the course design of Mechanical Design Foundation are realized.SolidWorks is used to model the press mechanism,and ADAMS is adopted to simulate the kinematics and dynamics of the press.The displacement,velocity,acceleration curve of the slider and the driving moment curve of two cranks are obtained.The stress and strain of the main parts are analyzed by ANSYS,and the stress and deformation of the parts are obtained,which verifies the rationality of the structure design of the experimental platform.
