| 摘 要： | 提出高校实验室安全管理工作可借鉴高危化工行业成熟经验,从单一的安全管理扩展到安全、职业健康与环保一体化管理,提高管理层对安职环管理工作整体性和重要性的认识,建立适合高校实验室自身特征的安职环应急管理机制,反馈行业主管部门健全监管体系,对促进高校内涵发展具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out that the safety management of laboratories in colleges and universities can learn from the mature experience of high-risk chemical industry, expand from single safety management to integrated management of safety, occupational health and environmental protection, improve the management’s understanding of the integrity and importance of safety and occupational environment management, and establish emergency management of safety and occupational environment suitable for the characteristics of laboratories in colleges and universities. Mechanism and feedback to the competent authorities of the industry to improve the regulatory system play an important role in promoting the connotation development of colleges and universities. |
