材料腐蚀与防护综合实验设计与实践

摘    要:将科研项目的研究成果应用于实验课程的教学,设计了采用化学浸泡法在不锈钢表面制备金色铈盐转化膜的综合实验,并对制备的转化膜进行性能测试,使学生在实验过程中掌握制备化学转化膜的基本方法,掌握材料防腐的机理及措施,了解SEM、XRD、电化学工作站等测试方法,提高分析实验数据的综合能力,激发学生的创新思维。

Abstract:The achievements of scientific research projects are applied to the teaching of experimental courses, a comprehensive experiment is designed to prepare the gold cerium salt conversion film on stainless steel surface by chemical immersion method, and the properties of the prepared conversion film are tested. In the course of the experiment, the students can master the basic methods of preparing the chemical conversion film, understand the mechanism and measures of material anti-corrosion, the testing methods of the SEM, XRD, electrochemical workstation, etc., improve their comprehensive ability of analyzing experimental data, and stimulate their innovative thinking.
