摘    要:以TiCl_4为钛源、NH_3·H_2O为pH值调节剂,通过水热法合成了锐钛矿型二氧化钛(TiO_2)纳米粉末。运用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)精密分析仪器,考察了反应体系的pH值、合成温度和反应时间对合成粉末的形貌和结构的影响;利用紫外-可见分光光度计评估了其光催化降解的性能。综合实验设计结合材料制备﹑表征和性能测试,有助于锻炼学生的综合实践能力,开发学生的创新潜力。

Abstract:By taking TiCl4 as titanium source and NH3 H2O as the pH regulating agent,the anatase titanium dioxide(TiO2)nano-powder is synthesized by the hydrothermal method.The effects of the pH value,synthesis temperature and reaction time on the morphology and structure of the synthesized powders are investigated by means of the field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The photocatalytic degradation properties are evaluated by the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.The design of the comprehensive experiment combined with the material preparation,characterization and performance testing is helpful to train students’comprehensive and practical ability and develop their innovative potential.
