| 摘 要： | 腰椎间盘突出的预防与治疗是解决中老年人群腰腿痛的重要举措。本从腰椎间盘突出的病因与治疗机制方面进行综述，探讨运动疗法在治疗中的作用和机理并列出突出病人适宜的运动方法。

| Abstract: | The precaution and treatment of lumbar disc herniation are important measurements to solve the low back and legs pain among middle and elder groups. This paper summarized the etiology and treating mechanism of lumbar disc herniation,discussed the role and mechanism of the exercise therapy in treatment and listed the approprate exercise methods for the lumbar disc herniation patients. |
