高职学生的教学需求调查

摘    要:为了提高教育质量,增强高职教学的针对性和实效性,对某高职院校的学生进行了一次教学需求的问卷调查,主要涉及受学生欢迎的授课教师的特点等四个方面的问题。得出的初步结论是:受学生欢迎的教师的教学,首选因素是教师有较高的教学水平和教学艺术;教师教学遭遇冷落的第一位原因是教师的职业道德差;做学生的良师益友是学生对教师永恒的教学期待;学生把学习积极性不高主要归因为客观因素等。

The Investigation of Teaching Demand of Vocational College Students

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching quality and strengthen the directness and actual effects, a questionnaire investigation of teaching demand of college students was recently made. The investigation is mainly about four aspects of the characteristics of popular teachers. The conclusion of the questionnaire investigation is that the first factor that makes teachers popular with students is the high teaching level and skills. The first reason that makes teachers unpopular is the bad professional ethics. It's the forever expectation of students that a qualified teacher should be both teacher and good friend with all the students. Passive study was attributed by students to objective cause.
