S2O8^2-/V2O5-CeO2型固体超强酸催化剂的制备研究

摘    要:以NH4VO3为原料,(NH4)2S2O8为浸渍液,添加少量稀土Ce^4+,用沉淀-浸渍法制备出新型S2O8^2-/V2O5-CeO2固体超强酸催化剂,以合成乙酸苄酯作为探针反应考察不同条件下制备的超强酸的催化活性。研究发现,当加入CeO2量为催化剂总量的1.0%,焙烧温度为500℃,浸渍液浓度为1.5mol/L,焙烧时间为3h时,催化剂的活性最好。

Abstract:A novel solid superacid catalyst S2O8^2-/V2O5-CeO2 was prepared by maceration method, using V2O5as precursor, doped with (NH4)2 S2O and CeO. The catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst was evaluated by esterification of acetic acid and benzyl alcohol. The optimum conditions for the preparation of solid superacid S2O8^2-/V2O5-CeO2 were found as follows: content of Ce02 ( based on total mass of catalyst ) 1.0%, concentration of impregnating solution (NH4)2 S 2O8 1.5mol/L, calcining temperature 500℃ and calcining time 3h.
