摘    要:尽管我国在残疾儿童教育公平进程中取得了辉煌成就,但教育不公平现象依旧严峻。1170万残疾儿童迫切需求教育公平,引起了党和政府的高度重视。本文从构建和谐社会、树立和落实科学发展观、弘扬中华民族优良传统、顺应世界文明进步趋势等方面揭示出:全社会都要关注残疾儿童教育公平,没有残疾儿童教育公平就谈不上整体教育公平。

Abstract:The issue of in disabled children education is still serious,although China has made a big achievement.11.7 million disabled children need edutional equity urgently,which has become the Party and Government's highlight.From the standing of constructing harmonious society,initiating and implementing scientific development outlook,developing Chinese excellent traditions,and adaptating to the world trend of civilization progress,this paper proposes that the whole society should attach importance to the equity in disabled children education,and educational equity as a whole cannot be achieved without equity in disabled children education.
