| 摘 要： | 我国少数民族自治地方的面积占全国国土总面积的64%左右,大多处于边疆或接近边疆地区.由于历史等原因,这些地区的经济、社会发展相对落后,自然生态环境比较脆弱,是我国生态环境建设的前沿阵地.少数民族地区生态文明建设,不仅对民族地区和整个国家的经济、社会、人口与环境的全面协调发展会产生重要的作用.同时,对党和国家落实科学发展观、维护民族团结与统一、保障国家安全与稳定,也具有重要的理论与现实意义.
