| 摘 要： | 网络技术的发展和应用,既为高校思想政治工作带来了前所未有的发展机遇,也使它面临着新的挑战。当前,为增强网络环境下高校思想政治工作的实效性,应从以下几个方面开展工作:更新观念,加强网络阵地建设;加强思想政治工作队伍建设,提高思想政治工作者的网络素质;加强监控和管理;加强校园文化建设。

| Abstract: | The development and application of network technology not only brings the unprecedented opportunity for development for university's ideological and political work,but also makes it face new challenges. In order to strengthen actual effect of university's ideological and political work under the environment of network,we should promote our work from the following respects: upgrade the conventional idea,strengthen the position construction of network, strengthen the team construction of ideology and politics work, improve the network quality of ideological and political teacher, strengthen controlling and management, and strengthen the cultural construction of the campus. |
