| 摘 要： | 为提高学生的实践能力，使学生具有较强的就业竞争优势，我国各类高职院校都在广泛运用顶岗实习这一新型教学模式。但是，如何对离开学校的学生进行思想教育和有效的管理，以保证顶岗实习顺利进行，是一个不容忽视的现实问题。
