| 摘 要： | 配合2008年北京奥运会的举办,按照国际通行的标准和惯例满足全球近40多亿人通过电视转播收看奥运会比赛和相关活动的需要,围绕转播前程序、转播中程序和转播后程序三个方面对电视媒体实现规范化的具体途径进行学理上的研究和探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to coordinate with the hosting of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Game and meet with the need of watching Olympic games and other related programs through TV relay by over 4,000,000,000 people in the world according to international standard and routines,this paper deals with and discusses the theories of the concrete means for the regulation of TV media over three aspects of the process,namely,before relay,in the relay and after relay. |
