摘    要:目的:通过“人际关系”团体心理训练.探讨其对高职高专学生心理健康水平的影响.方法:采用“交友小组”法.对64名大学生进行为期10周的人际关系训练;训练前后分别测查SCL-90,并用Q分类法检验自我评价效果.结果:小组人际关系训练后,在交友信心、乐观心态、坦率心态、开放程度、责任心、口头表达、对人欣赏、说话技巧及拒绝技巧等方面均比训练前有显著提高.自我评价的SCL-90各因子分比较,训练后比训练前有显著或极显著差异.结论:人际关系训练对高职高专学生心理健康具有积极的影响作用.

Abstract:The exploration of students' group mental training and its influence on the health of their psychology. Aim: the approach of making friends, through which 64 students are grouped to undergo a training during 10 weeks. SCL-90 is checked both before and after the training, and self evaluation is also applied in the way of Q classification. Result: there have been obvious and extensive improvement among the students of their confidence in making friends, mental status, candidness, openness, sense of responsibility, oral expressiveness, admiration for others, tact in talking etc. Conclusion: interpersonal relationship is positive in healthy development of students' psychology.
