| 摘 要： | 科研团队是科技创新和科研攻关的重要载体,是获取和整合资源的有效组织形式。高校科研团队具有其特点与复杂性。该文通过调研,聚焦海洋领域的科研团队建设,并根据组织模式的不同,将调研高校的海洋领域科研团队分为“传统型”与“新型”两种类型,分析它们的优势与存在的问题,并从团队、带头人与成员、管理机制等层面提出了高校涉海科研团队建设思路。

| Abstract: | Scientific research teams are an important carrier for scientific and technological innovation,and scientific research,and an effective organizational form for acquiring and integrating resources.Scientific research teams in universities have their unique characteristics and complexities.By conducting an investigation on the development of marine scientific research teams in universities,this paper focused on the construction of marine scientific research teams.Regarding the differences in organizational modes,these teams were described as“traditional”and“new”types,and both their advantages and problems were analyzed.From the perspectives of teams,leaders,members,and management mechanism,this paper put forward constructive ideas to better develop marine scientific research teams in universities. |
