| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年的历史进程就是一个不断解放思想的过程,每一次思想大解放都是对发展过程中思想障碍的克服。第一次解放思想破除了"两个凡是"的教条,使发展观实现了从"以阶级斗争为纲"转向"以经济建设为中心",突出了生产力发展的基础地位。第二次解放思想解决了姓"资"还是姓"社"的争论,使发展观突破了"计划经济体制"转向了"市场经济体制",进入了制度创新阶段。第三次解放思想解决了发展价值的准确定位问题,使发展观从偏重物质生产走向"以人为本"与"科学发展",实现发展观的历史性跨越。

| Abstract: | The 30-year historical course of implementing reform and open-up policies showed continous progress of emancipation of thought.Each wave of thought emancipation helped remove certain theoretical obstacles to development.The first wave corrected the dogma of "Two-whatevers" and led to the consequent transformation from "class struggle as the general principle" to "economic construction as the center of our work",which stressed the critical position of developing productivity.The second wave of thought emancipation solved the dispute of "capitalism" or "socialism".As a result,the transformation from "planned economic system" to "market economic system" was carried out.This marked a new stage of institutional innovation.The third wave of thought emancipation addressed orientation of the value of development,which led to the historic transcendence from emphasizing material production to "human orientedness" and "scientific development". |
