| 摘 要： | 杭州、宁波、绍兴市域连绵,是我省县域经济最为发达的三座城市,以经济发达农村地区共9个县（市、区）所属的22个行政村16周岁以上（含16周岁）且具有农村户口的居民为研究对象。研究表明：杭、甬、绍三市农村居民经常性参与健身人群比例较低;农村居民参与健身次数受地域位置影响较大;农村居民各年龄段的健身参与情况呈马鞍型分布;农村男性人群经常性参与健身的比例要高于女性;农村居民的健身意识尚可。
