| 摘 要： | 通过教学实验比较，得出篮球选项课对学生的综合能力的培养，具发展学生个性，培养特长、增强体质，提高教学效果具有积极作用。同时在篮球选项教学中，采用提前预习，借助多媒体技术、培养观察能力、比赛法等手段，对学生综合能力的提高同样有一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | By comparing a series of teaching experinents,the authors find out that the cultivation of university sudents'comprehensive abilities in basketball teaching plays positive roles in developing individuality,traininy ,building up health,improving teaching effect,etc.Meanwhile,the adoption of the following means in basketball teaching can improve students'comprehensive abilities in a certaic extent: previewing,drawing support of multimedia,cultivating observing ability etc. |
