摘 要: | 通过辅导员的生活、学习、工作的实践逻辑的叙事研究,发现地方院校辅导员发展路径的实践逻辑及其经验图示具有“内生”性和“外源”性等特征,并勾勒出了地方院校辅导员在职场场域内“入职、培训、考核和转岗”中情境图景。地方院校辅导员发展只有通过“内生”性和“外源”性的发展路径才是最为科学、合理。

Abstract: | through the Counselor’s life ,learning and work practice logic of narrative research ,it is found that the “endoge-nous” and “external” characteristics and outline the local college counselors in the workplace in the field “into duty” ,training ,as-sessment and reorientation of the picture of the situation with local colleges and universities counselor development path of the log -ic of practice and experience of graphic .The development of local colleges and universities is the most scientific and reasonable de -velopment path of the development of the “endogenous” and “exogenous” . |
