摘    要:采用电沉积方法制备了NiFe合金。通过x-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、线性扫描和Tafel曲线等测试手段研究了合金相组成、表面形貌及电化学析氢性能。研究结果表明,镀液pH值对NiFe合金相组成、表面形貌和电化学析氢性能有较大的影响。当镀液pH值为6.19时,NiFe合金为纳米自组装的花状多孔结构,其电化学析氢性能好。

Abstract:NiFe alloy was prepared through eleetrodeposition. The phase structure, morphology and electrochemical hyo- drogen evolution of NiFe alloy were investigated with XRD, SEM, polarization curve and Tafel curve. Results show that pH of the plating solution has an influence on the phase structure, morphology and electrochemical hyodrogen evolution of NiFe alloy. At pH= 6.19, NiFe alloy is a hierarchical porous flower-like structure self-assembled by nanoparticles, and exhibits the excellent electrochemical activity for hydrogen evolution.
