“数控加工实训”课程项目教学的技术思维培养

摘    要:针对学生数控加工技术岗位适应能力差的问题,从技术素养的角度,分析了零件数控加工中技术思维的内涵,提出了在"数控加工实训"课程项目教学过程中培养学生技术思维能力的教学策略.通过典型产品的教学产品再造、产品生产流程的教学流程再造、基于产品的思考性学习,在获取技术实践能力的同时,注重培养学生产品数控加工的技术思维,提升技术应用能力.

Abstract:To solve the problem that students cannot adapt to CNC machining technology jobs well,connotation of the technical thinking in CNC machining parts is analyzed from the perspective of technological literacy. Teaching strategies which can cultivate students’ technical thinking in the teaching process of CNC machining training program is proposed.Through the reconstruction of typical products and production process and thinking learning based on products,students can obtain technical ability,form technical thinking of CNC products and enhance the ability to apply technology.
