| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义理论体系，就是包括邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想以及科学发展观等重大战略思想在内的科学理论体系。从基本特征上看，中国特色社会主义理论体系是一脉相承和与时俱进的马克思主义，是我党带领人民探索中国特色社会主义道路的理论结晶，是不断发展的、开放的理论体系。

| Abstract: | Theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics constitute a system of scientific theories including DENG Xiao-ping＇s Theory, the important thought of Three Represents, and the Scientific Outlook on Development and other major strategic thoughts. To sum up, this system has three basic characteristics： It is the same strain of Marxism and advancing with the times; It is a theoretical crystallization that the Party leads the people to explore the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics; It is an open system that keeps developing. |
