超声催化二氧化钛降解偶氮染料甲基橙的研究

摘    要:本文在对超声催化TiO2降解甲基橙的化学反应动力学分析的基础上,研究了超声波频率、输出功率以及单双频对降解效果的影响。结果表明:此降解反应为一级反应,单独超声反应速率常数为k1=0.001544min-1,普通锐钛矿反应体系速率常k2=0.003225min-1。在其它因素一定的情况下,超声频率为25kHz,功率为55W时,甲基橙降解效果最佳,双频作用效果明显优于单频效果。

Abstract:The ultrasonic degradation of MO with TiO2 as catalyst is studied in this paper.Analyzed the kinetics of the reaction,proved it to be the first,and calculated the rate.Studied separately the degradation of MO radiated by single transducer or double and the effect of the latter was better evidently.The ultrasound frequency and power were analyzed and the best conditions are determined as follows: the frequency and the power of the ultrasound are 25 KHz and 55w.
