| 摘 要： | 和谐社会视域下的大学生健康人格范式应该具备以下特质:人类共同的理想和信念、道德选择和整合能力、积极开放的心态和创新能力、建立和谐人际关系的价值体系.其教育对策是:以社会主义核心价值观为导向,增强人格教育的目标方向性;重视自我意识的引领作用,发挥其人格整合的监控性;培养个体的社会责任感,增强大学生价值内化与整合力量;统合中西方文化理念,促进传统人格与现代人格的整合.
