摘    要:为有效评估高价值专利,提出"四位一体"的高价值专利分析理念,认为专利的高价值是高技术创新、高质量申请确权、高效益转化运用、高水平产业引领4个单维度价值的综合体现。以中国专利奖300件获奖专利为分析样本,从专利特征、发明人特征以及权利人特征3个维度,提取高价值基因,形成高价值专利构成要素的整体性判断。采用熵权法对专利各单维度价值相关指标进行赋权,建立单维度价值得分模型,并据此构建专利价值评估模型。通过对专利价值评估模型的验证发现,该模型具有较好的可测性、准确性和实用性,能够实现对不同领域高价值专利的评估,研究结论可为高价值专利评估实践提供有益参考。

High-Value Patent Evaluation Modeling and Empirical Research
Abstract:In order to effectively evaluate high-value patents,we propose the "four-in-one" high-value patent analysis concept,and believe that the high value of patents is a comprehensive manifestation of four single-dimensional values such as high-tech innovation,high-quality application and rights confirmation,high-efficiency transformation and usage,and high-level industry leadership.We take the 300 patents of the Chinese Patent Award as the analysis sample,the high-value basic factors are extracted from the three dimensions of patent characteristics,inventor characteristics and rights holder characteristics,and then to form an overall judgment of the constituent elements of high-value patents.We use the entropy weight method to weight the patents’ single-dimensional value-related indicators,establish a single-dimensional value scoring model,and build a patent value evaluation model based on this.Through the verification of the patent value evaluation model,we found that the model has good testability,accuracy and practicality,and can realize the evaluation of high-value patents in different fields.The research conclusions can provide useful reference for the practice of high-value patent evaluation.
