| 摘 要： | 由于社会的进步和市场经济的发展，社区体育必将成为社会体育发展的主要方向．成为居民生活的一部分和善度休闲时间的主要手段，它对促进社会主义文明和和谐社会的建立必将起到不可估量的作用。从最近调查情况看，我市城市社区（以下简称社区）体育发展过程中存在着诸多不足，尤其是场地、设备不足，社会体育指导员缺乏，社区体育组织机构的缺失等问题，严重地滞后于社会发展的需要，影响着“全民健身计划纲要”的实施和社区体育的开展，与社会体育发展的必然趋势格格不入。该文认为．只有建立学区体育，整合现有体育资源，实现全社会体育资源共享，才能有效地发展社区体育。

| Abstract: | Due to social progress and economic development,community sports will become a major orientation of social sports development and residents main means of killing leisure time.According to the investigation,the major problems remain in development of community sports in our city.Especially shortage of playgrounds,sports-facilities and lack of public sports instructors,sports organizations.These are affecting the implement of All People Body-building Plan and development of community sports.It will fall behind developmental tendency of social sports only not to establish school-community sports and integrate existent sports resource so as to actualize the resource sharing. |
