| 摘 要： | 影响当前农村干群关系的原因非常复杂。从主体角度看，群众、乡村干部自身存在的种种缺陷和不足，导致了群众对干部的认同度减弱，干群主体间冲突不断。因此，从主体自身的表现中找出其成因，在此基础上，加强主体自身的改善来实现三者之间的良性互动，将是今后缓解和改善干群关系的突破口。 |
