| 摘 要： | 考试作为中国古代产生发展而来的一种甄别、选拔人才的机制,在当今社会仍然发挥着越来越重要的作用。但也正是由于考试的重要性,造成了在考试领域的诸多问题。因此,国家考试立法正当时需。其作用一是可以维护考生权益,二是可以有效克服考试管理工作中的混乱与低效,三是有利于国家控制考试方向。

| Abstract: | Examination as a mechanism for talent screening and selection which have developed from ancient China is playing an increasingly important role today.However,the important status of the examination has brought about many problems in itself.Under such circumstances,it is necessary for us to constitute national examination law,which can produce three benefits as follows:firstly,it can vindicate the interests of the testees;secondly,it can overcome the disorder and inefficiency of the examination management;thirdly,it can help the state to guide the examinations. |
