| 摘 要： | 基于商务英语合同的句法特征和美学翻译的性质,在前人研究成果的基础上,就商务英语合同的美学翻译进行了探讨。商务英语合同的动态美和静态美往往兼而有之,故其长句的汉译提倡美学翻译,使动态美和静态美得到兼顾,这一美学策略对于商务英语合同的长句汉译具有一定的指导意义。
